was some problem with the mailing list. Here it is again.

Dear Colleagues,

Here is some news from DESY.

DESY will go ahead with OLYMPUS, the official approval will however only 
come once the DOE funding has been approved. J.Mnich will talk to R. 
Brinkmann, head of the machine division, to give green light for the 
activities in the machine division, i.e. to do design work, but not yet 
to spend a large amount of money.
