Dear PRC,

This is just to inform you that the special OLYMPUS review will be held
on 15 September 2009 from about 1pm to 6pm at DESY during the OLYMPUS
collaboration week. Young-Kee will chair the subcommittee. Three extra
referees will be added to this subpanel to cover the relevant technical
issues.

The subpanel however, has not yet been completely constituted. I will
inform you when it is set up.
