[mosh-devel] mosh windows port (working version)

Hello,

I'm working on mosh windows port personally,
and made a very simple working version.

(It would be great if the front-end is replaced with putty's,
but I just tried to write a quick version.)

I'm new to open source development.
Is it enough to do a pull request on issue #293?
