[mosh-devel] cygwin now added

This is in Cygwin on windows 7. I'll double check when this I get home.
I did see the prompt for the private key, but it was "in the
background" and I couldn't actually tell it my passphrase. (Since
anything I typed would just go to the bash prompt)
