Hi Daniel,
On Cygwin or Linux or what platform?
On Linux and OS X, using ssh with public keys to make a Mosh connection
works fine. SSH just prompts you for the passphrase on the command line.
This should also (hopefully) work on Cygwin, just as if you are connecting
without public-key authentication and have to type a password.
