[mitreid-connect] OAuth 2 Token exchange support

There is plan to support it at some level but there is no current timeline for us to add the functionality. Any pull requests to do so would be welcome and would be reviewed for inclusion. As of 1.3.x, the server does have a framework for assertion processing that could be used to make this functionality.
