[Mit_energy] MIT Energy Club to Draft Letter to Army Corps of Engineers Supporting Cape Wind

Hello MIT Energy Folks,

The MIT Energy Club is planning on writing a letter to the Army Corps of
Engineers in support of the Cape Wind Project. This letter is due in mid
February, but I would prefer we wrap it up by January 20.

We will write a draft, distribute to members for feedback, edit, then submit.

We need a core of 3-5 people to work on this for 1-2 evenings. Right now we
have:
