Postdoc Academy: Succeeding as a Postdoc, begins April 26

Dear MIT Postdoctoral Scholars,

We invite you to join the Postdoc Academy: Succeeding as a Postdoc, a comprehensive professional development program featuring flexible online modules, supplemented by live virtual discussion sessions specifically for MIT postdocs.

Themes include:

  *   Finding Success as a Postdoc
  *   Building an Actionable Career Plan
  *   Working Effectively in an Intercultural Environment
  *   Developing Resilience

The program will run for 6 weeks starting on April 26.  See more details below, and be sure to register for both the online course and the discussion sessions.

MIT Discussion Sessions: The goal of the MIT-based discussion sessions<https://mit.zoom.us/meeting/register/tJwrcO2qrzwoG9zJxvbi5PIZU30KMdeNC8Tr> is to create a supportive community as you reflect on and develop your personal and professional goals during your postdoc position at MIT. Each discussion session will be based on the Postdoc Academy topic covered that week.
