Survey to help identify postdoc issues

Hello postdocs!

MIT is doing an institute wide survey to evaluate quality of life. We need
postdocs to fill is out so we can mine the data to determine
postdoc-specific areas of need. Both MIT administrators and the Postdoc
Association (PDA) will use this data to identify focus points for improving
postdoc life at MIT (for example: mentoring, housing, benefits, work-life
balance). So far the response rate has been only 33% so please take the
time to fill out the survey if you haven't done so already. It takes about
30 minutes, but it is important data for the community.

January 14th (from Martin A. Schmidt and Israel Ruiz).
