Dear Sara,

Based on the success of last summer?s Bridging the Gap Bioscience Management Bootcamp, KGI has partnered with ASCB to provide another summer experience for PhD students and postdoctoral professionals. Participants in this intensive course will be introduced to the competencies they need to thrive in industry and will expose them to a culture and infrastructure of life science companies through MBA-style case-based teaching, professional development workshops, and a team-based project. Learn how to conduct research in industry and how industry thinks about science.

The course is designed for advanced graduate students and postdoctoral professionals with at least three years of scientific research experience and an interest in a career in the life sciences. All  40 students accepted into the program will receive free tuition, roundtrip airfare reimbursement, housing in nearby dormitories, and daily meals.
