The European Career Fair is anannual recruiting event that is
organized by volunteers from the European Club at MIT, in
collaboration with the European Commission and the MIT International
Science and Technology Initiatives (MISTI).
Dear MIT postodcs,
The MIT European Career Fair is an annual recruiting event that is
organized by volunteers from the European Club at MIT, in
collaboration with the European Commission and the MIT International
Science and Technology Initiatives (MISTI).
We are currently in the process of gathering a team to organize the
14th edition of the ECF that will be held on the MIT campus from
Friday,January 29th to Monday, February 2nd 2010, and thus: WE WANT
YOU!
Being a part of the ECF organizing team is a great way to get to know
people, to be actively involved in an event that could jump start the
next step in your career, to acquire management skills and much much
more.
If you are interested in working in a motivated team and at the same
time meet new people and have fun, join our first info session to
find out more:
*** Tuesday September 22 from 7:00pm to 8:00pm on the MIT campus
(room to be addressed soon)***
During this info session, we'll be presenting the European Career
Fair missions and goals, and you will have the opportunity to
interact with previous and current members of the organizing team.
We are looking for motivated people with a variety of talents (IT,
graphics, PR, etc), so there is for sure a task for you!

ABOUT THE EUROPEAN CAREER FAIR:
For those of you who are not familiar with the ECF: the European
Career Fair is an
annual recruiting event that is organized by volunteers from the
European Club at MIT,
in collaboration with the European Commission and the MIT
International Science and Technology Initiatives (MISTI).
Last year over 110 employers participated in the event and
our database contained over 4000 resumes from candidates of
top universities across the country. ECF receives attention from
international media, and is advertised with
all career offices in the northeast of the USA.
