Please join us for today's session with MIT's ombudspersons! This is
a chance to talk about issues that impact postdocs, and to strategize
about conflict management, negociation options, and problem
resolution. A resource sheet will be provided...as will

Join together with other postdoctoral scholars to Build Life and
Career Skills, by discussing important issues experienced by postdocs
at MIT. It would be helpful if each participant could provide 1-2
examples of life or professional crises or important issues that you
or someone you know has experienced while a postdoc at MIT. Some
broad examples of topic areas includes, but is not limited to:
Research Ethics
Conflicts of Interest
Conflicts of Commitment
Personal Work Requests
Tirades
Fraud, Abuse, and Waste
Work/Family Issues
Relationships with Prinicipal Investigators
Relationships with Junior Researchers
