[Habitat Exec] [ASA] W20 Shutdown -- resolved

If you didn't get the message straight from CAC, everything is resolved:

Good Morning-

We were just notified that the emergency water shutdown is over and the 
water is back on in the Student Center building .

Sorry for any inconvenience this may have caused .
