[Habitat Exec] [ASA] W20 Shutdown

Hello,

[this was sent to the exec lists of groups with office/storage space in
W20, feel free to forward]

If you have not already heard, there was a water main break under Mass Ave
this morning. This resulted in water to W20 being turned off as the City
worked on the break. It still has not been fixed, so at 10pm the Campus
Activities Complex (CAC) started closing down the building.

As far as I'm aware, the current plan is that the building will remain
closed until the water is back on. The most recent projections I've
heard are that the water will be back on by tomorrow morning, but that may
not be accurate and/or may not actually happen.

If this hasn't been resolved, we will check-in with CAC in the morning
about how groups can access/move items from their spaces even if the
spaces can't be used.

If you haven't heard otherwise, groups with space reserved in W20
tomorrow should contact CAC and/or the Schedules Office about setting up
alternative reservations.

Let us know if you have any questions and we'll let you know when we know
more.

ASA Secretary
