[Habitat Exec] Campus Chapter bylaws

That's a good point, John.  Does anyone know any lawyers?  I'm contacting
Jed Wartman, the head of the Student Activities Office, for advice.

Please read through the Covenant, as well as the bylaws.  We'll have to sign
the Covenant too, but we can't make any changes to it.  Also, keep in mind
that we can change the bylaws - they just can't conflict with the Covenant.
