We've received 2-142, 2-146, 2-147, 2-151 for game night. Note - they don't
allow food in the classrooms, so we'll have to figure something out or do
without food. We'll take more about this later!

DATE: Tuesday, November 10

TIME: 6pm-11:30pm

ROOM: 2-142, 2-146, 2-147 and 2-151

*EVENT/RESERVATION #0421E*

* *

*REMINDER: If you are planning for an attendance over 100 or are reserving a
classroom with the capacity for 100 or more attendees, expecting more than
20% non-MIT participants, working with minors, charging admission and/or
accepting donations, you must complete an Event Registration form with the
Schedules Office (5-111) AND the Student Activities Office (W20-549,
x3-6777) at least five business days in advance. Please note that failure to
comply could result in the cancellation of your group’s reservation. Event
Registration Forms are available in both offices.*

Please contact the Schedules Office (5-111, x3-4788, schedules at mit.edu) with
any questions or if your plans for this/these room(s) should change.

Thank you.

---------------------------------------------------

*YOUR RESPONSIBILITY IN THE CLASSROOM:*

   1. Food and beverages are NOT permitted in our classroom space.

   2. If you rearrange the classroom, or if you find the classroom in
disarray, please set the room back to rows with chairs facing the front
chalkboard.

   3. If you borrow chairs from another room, you must return them to that
room.

   4. Erase the chalkboards before leaving.

   5. Remove your trash especially on weekends as the rooms are not cleaned
on a daily basis. The Schedules Office may charge your group for the cost of
cleanup, if we find the classroom you reserved in disarray.

   6. Leave the classroom unlocked. If you are locked out of your reserved
classroom between the hours of 9am-5pm, Monday through Friday, contact the
Schedules Office at 253-4788. If you are locked out after 5pm and on
weekends, contact Facilities at 253-1500. You may need to show your
reservation confirmation when a staff member arrives to unlock the
classroom.

We appreciate your cooperation!
