Hi Everyone,

Just to clarify a few points from my last email

1. If you need to use a specific quote, and it is not the lowest price, 
please justify it in your budget defense.

2. We are recieving your total expenditures, total income, main account 
balance from SAFO, not line items within.

Finboard Allocations are due Nov. 22 at 5PM and mandatory office hours 
will be on Nov. 18 & 19.
