Hi guys,

There are a few things Lindsey and I need your help with in regards to this
event.mainly we just need other inputs on the things I've listed below.
Please e-mail back to the list and share your thoughts.

Updates:

- we are not allowed to sleep in any public area.everything closes
at dusk and opens at dawn.people aren't allowed to sleep in public spaces
because of homeless people.

- Consequently, we are going to have a 1-day, all day event. Start
early in the morning and go til sundown with fun activities, informative
speeches, etc. It will be good times and people won't get burnt out as
much.

Concerns:

- Boston commons is already booked for May 6th and 7th. Should we
have it the week before (when we were going to have campus build), see if
it's available the week after (May 13th or 14th), or have it in a different
location like Cambridge Commons (not really sure where that is).

- If we decide to have it on spring weekend (April 29th), do we
still want to do campus build, but on a different weekend? We'd have to do
it without spring weekend funding or publicity, but that could still be ok.

- My main concern with doing it on spring weekend is that we might
not get MIT people to come help us out b/c there will be things going on at
campus.

Ok, I think those are our main problems right now..when will we have it?
Tell us what you think!!!

Thanks,

Elyse and Lindsey
