Dear Student Groups,

1. CPW Activities Fair
2. CPW Festival
3. Disposal of Trash in W20 and Walker

******* CPW Activities Fair *******

If your group would like to request a table at the CPW Activities Fair (analogous to the
Activities Midway during Orientation), please fill out a request using the ASA Database
by following these directions.

The deadline to submit a request is Friday, March 17th.

1) Go to: <http://web.mit.edu/asa/www/asa-db.shtml>http://web.mit.edu/asa/www/asa-db.shtml
2) Follow the "Student Group Officer Access" link
3) In the red strip on the left side of the page, click "ASA Student Group
Officer" and then click "Select Student Group"
4) Click on the name of the group for which you are submitting a request
5) Under "Manage Resource Summary" select the "Submit Request" button for
Type "Midway"
6) Fill out the form
7) In the "Request Notes" section of the form, please answer these questions:
      a. If you need more than 1 table, please explain why.
      b. If you would like a performance time, when, between 1pm and 3pm would
you like to perform?
8) Click "Save" in order to submit your request.
---> Your request is not complete until you SAVE.

Please email asa-db at mit.edu if you encounter database problems.

Is your group is interested in participating in the CPW Festival on Thursday, April 6? 
Please go to https://web.mit.edu/admissions/mitcpw/pages/festival.shtml to learn more and
submit an application. Please direct questions to the Student Life Programs Office (not
ASA).
The application deadline is Monday, February 27th.

******* Disposal of Trash in W20 and Walker *******

If your student group needs to dispose of anything that does not fit in a regular trash
barrel, please DO NOT leave such items in the corridors of either W20 or Walker. Instead,
please make arrangements with CAC (W20-500) to dispose of such items. Thank you for your
cooperation.
