[mit-habitat-exec] [ASA] Activities Midway - Hard Deadline

Dear Student Groups,

The deadline to submit a request for a table at the Activities Midway has
been extended to ***August 1, 2005***.

**THIS IS A HARD DEADLINE.** No exceptions will be made.

The Activities Midway is on September 2nd in the Johnson Athletic Center,
4pm-7pm. Groups will set up their tables from 12 noon to 3pm. Doors will
open at 4pm.

To submit a request, please follow these steps:

1) Go to:  http://web.mit.edu/asa/www/asa-db.shtml
2) Follow the "Student Group Officer Access" link
3) In the red strip on the left side of the page, click "ASA Student Group
Officer" and then click "Select Student Group"
4) Click on the name of the group for which you are submitting a request
5) Under "Manage Resource Summary" select the "Submit Request" button for
Type "Midway"
6) Fill out the form
7) In the "Request Notes" section of the form, please answer these questions:
        a. If you need more than 1 table, please explain why.
        b. If you would like a performance time, when, between 4pm and 7pm, would
you like to perform?
8) Click "Save" in order to submit your request.

***Your request is not complete until you SAVE.***
