[mit-habitat-exec] Confirmation of LEF & ARCADE Application

Dear LEF/ARCADE Applicant:

 

This email confirms the receipt of your application.  You will receive an
email by midnight on Wednesday, May 12th with a schedule detailing your time
and location to defend your application.  Your defense will occur anytime in
between 9am - 4pm Saturday, May 15th, 2004.  The board suggests that you
send a representative that is very knowledgeable about the proposal. You
will have approximately 5 minutes to state your case. 

 

If you would like to trade your time slot with another student organization,
then please take the following steps:

1.	Contact the student organization and suggest a switch in times
2.	Send an email to asa-treasurer at mit.edu cc:ing both groups on the
email by Friday at 5pm. I will send out a final schedule sometime on Friday
evening.  

 

If you are not present or miss your appointed slot, then the LEF & ARCADE
Boards will consider the application based on your proposal.  If you have
any questions or concerns, then please contact me @ asa-treasurer at mit.edu
