half-day. I don't know what that means, so he's on the maybe list 'til we 
find out.

Am I missing anyone? I did not put exec members on this list, unless they 
had sent an email to the list explicitly saying they were coming (or if the 
exec member was me, in which case, I assumed I had the authority to add 
myself... :-P)

Please let me know if I forgot anyone and also, let me know if you're coming.

I would like to send an email to the general list setting a deadline for 
volunteering for this Monday night, so we can take care of the paperwork 
and get transportation set up starting Tuesday. If you think this is a 
*bad* idea or have a *better* idea, tell me by tomorrow. No objections 
means the deadline will be set.

I will also email the people on the definite and maybe lists and verify 
that they are coming. Unfortunately, we won't know what times on Saturday 
the workday will occupy until we send Lawrence the paperwork with the final 
numbers. My guess is we meet around 7:30am, but it could be earlier if the 
site is far away, or later if it's really close. We will probably get back 
around 4 or 5.

Neha, Anne, could you keep me posted on the transportation details? Also, 
will you be dealing with the Workday forms?

Good luck with classes and first tests and all that jazz. We'll meet again 
Tuesday after the workday, unless something critical comes up.
