[miso-users] Novel alternative splicing event

MISO calculates PSI for the alternative splicing events (gff) provided by
user. Each BAM can result in events which are not annotated. How MISO takes
care of it. If I have my own gtf file generated for a specific BAM using
cufflinks suite, how can I extract different types of events eg. A3SS.
A5SS, SE, RI etc and covert in the format required by MISO. Please advise
me. Your response is highly appreciated.
