Hi Sabine and John,

Much of the underlying interface was rewritten since 0.5.1 and this is a kink that I missed.  I fixed it in the latest GitHub version.  Can you please try this version and let me know if it resolves the problem?  You can either clone the latest from GitHub or download a zip of it here: https://github.com/yarden/MISO/archive/fastmiso.zip
