Hi Aran,
This is a known issue <https://mit.service-now.com/nav_to.do?uri=incident.do?sys_id=ccd3858ddbe77a40c666f89bbf961927&sysparm_stack=incident_list.do?sysparm_query=active=true>. You can use that link to track progress on a fix for it.
