[Macpartners] Dr. Bott - DVIator cables?

Dear MacPartners,

I'm in search of the cable connector portion of a Dr. Bott DVIator kit.

If you recall these kits provide power and DVI connectivity for people to
use the old plastic enclosed apple cinema displays.  I have the power
portion but just need these cables (pix linked below).

Alternatively, if you have an apple DVI to ADC display adapter, I think
that accomplishes the same?

Check those old hardware drawers and let me know.  I'd be happy to work up
some kind of compensation if you have either of these to pass along.
