[Macpartners] Mac OS X 10.7.x & the 2 Exchange environments

Hi all,

Someone suggested I delete the account and create it again. I did that 5 minutes ago and so far, so good. It looks like the problems have cleared up.

By the way, I can't tell you how many times I'd go to the different mailbox and back again. It wouldn't be in the mailbox where it was suppose to be and it would still be in the original mailbox, from which it had been moved, when I came back. So it definitely wasn't just UI.

It is possible that I didn't need to delete the account and re-create. So if someone else experiences this problem, try something that Brian Bulmer in DITR sent me off-line:

Exit Mail,
Go into your user folder, then Library/Mail so ~/Library/Mail
Toss the Envelope Index file. Empty trash, and then relaunch mail.
It wil say "Welcome to Mail" Like it's fresh, but it's not, just the index. Let it "Import" the mail, where it's actually just re-indexing, and you should be all set.

Thank you everyone who has helped!!!! My life will be sane again.

Carolyn

This is working just great except for the fact that some but not all of my read and then moved or deleted email is still showing up on my laptop as unread email. What appears in Outlook WebApp confirms Snow Leopard is working and that it is the Lion Mail.app that is screwed up.
