[Macpartners] An editing program for GIF files?

Hello,

I have been searching unsuccessfully for a simple application that can  
create and edit GIF files for website use.  I really don't need the  
bulk and complexity of anything like Photoshop.  Even Gimp, which  
turned up a lot in my searching, seems to be more complicated than I  
need.

Does anyone have any ideas or suggestions?
