[Macpartners] sap? mac equivalent of %win

Aran,

The quick answer is "sort of yes". "%FE1" is similar to "%WIN", but
not quite the same. "%FE1" should work on both Mac and Windows versions
of the SAPgui - but there are some restrictions and some bugs that are
fixed in a later version of the Mac SAPgui (but are still present in
the version of the Mac SAPgui that we are using at MIT).
