I'd suggest starting with the IS&T Computing Help Desk.  They've got  
lots of experience with the MIT network and should be able to help  
out.  You can contact them at 617-253-1101 or at computing- 
help at mit.edu, Mon.-Fri., 8am - 6pm (Tues., 5pm).
