[Macpartners] Leopard and x509Anchors Keychain

I received identical replies from four Mac geniuses, thanks to all of  
you.
Apparently, as of Leopard, the Keychain utility is easier to understand.

Personal certificates are stored in the Login keychain, while the  
MITCA public one is stored in the System keychain. So, whichever  
certificates used to be stored in the x509Anchor keychain now need to  
be placed into the System Keychain.
