[Macpartners] safari 3.1.2 update break MIT personal certificates?

I was having trouble when 10.5.3 shipped. So far with just a few hours  
of 10.5.4 under my belt, I haven't been prompted as much for my cert,  
but I'm not convinced the behaviour has changed; I just don't have as  
much information.

Due to the 10.5.3 behaviour, I waited before upgrading my Leopard  
users. Perhaps things are fixed enough in 10.5.4 to go with that. I  
can hope, right?
