[Macpartners] FileMaker Pro 9 on Leopard Server

I'm running Mac OS X Server 10.5.1 with all updates. I just got my MIT  
install disks and installed FM Pro 9. Then I updated it to 9.0v3 via  
the updater I got from the FM web site.

When I try to enable Instant Web Publishing I still see the error  
message described in
http://filemaker.custhelp.com/cgi-bin/filemaker.cfg/php/enduser/std_adp.php?p_faqid=6766

"FileMaker cannot share files over the Web because Instant Web  
Publishing could not be started."

Has anyone else had any luck getting this combination to work>
