[Macpartners] Kerberos Extras Install and SSH

Hello,

I have a user who recently installed Kerberos Extras on his machine and was then unable to ssh via Terminal on an OS X 10.4 machine.  He is getting the following error message:

/etc/ssh_config: line 20: Bad configuration option: GSSAPIKeyExchange
/etc/ssh_config: terminating, 1 bad configuration options

>From /etc/ssh_config

# System-wide defaults set by MIT Kerberos Extras
Host *
  GSSAPIAuthentication yes
  GSSAPIDelegateCredentials yes
  GSSAPIKeyExchange yes
Any advice?
