[Macpartners] changing default application in Mac OS X 10.4.1?

Hi,

I'm running Mac OS X 10.4.1.   A month or so ago I installed Open 
Office for a specific use.   Now, every time I click on a .csv, .tab 
or even a .xls  that is not specifically associated with Excel (i.e., 
it's icon is blank, not an excel icon) it opens the file in Open 
Office.  I can ctrl-click on it and choose excel,  but I forget and 
it's annoying to have to close OO and then open Excel.

How can I change the default application for these files back to excel?
