[Macpartners] Dual simultaneous OSes?

Hi Al [et al]:

So what you are saying is parallels (or similar software application) is 
required for simultaneous OS operation?   Being a software app, how does 
it benchmark to having a genuine Intel/AMD PC running Windows?
