[Macpartners] iPhoto lost some functionality under 10.4.8

They may not be completely off your screen.

After you click on the Adjust or Effects button, look for a small, 
transparent grey rectangle or square in the very bottom left-hand 
corner of your screen.  You can click on and drag the grey rectangle 
to the center of your screen to see the whole panel again.  (If you 
don't see it in that corner, check the other corners of your screen.)

This may be just a temporary fix; eventually it may go back to hiding 
in the corner again.

My mother's iPhoto has this problem; I haven't been able to figure 
out a fix for it, but now she knows where to look and how to drag it 
back when it happens.
