[Macpartners] iPhoto lost some functionality under 10.4.8

I don't know if anyone else has seen this glitch - I  upgraded a flat-screen G4
to OS 10.4.8 and installed iLife 6 at the same time. The only parts of iPhoto
that were affected were the two panels in the "Edit" screen named "Effects" and
"Adjust". Nothing happens when I click on either panel. (Someone suggested that
the new screens are off my desktop when they open)

Any suggestions would be appreciated.
