[Macpartners] Leaving MIT

After nearly fourteen years as a member of IS&T (née Information
Systems), my last day as an MIT employee is Friday, August 3.
It's been quite a ride. I've had the opportunity to work with many
remarkable people over the years, starting with Micro Help when it
was located in Building 11. It was there I learned what's required to
meet the needs of clients, which has stuck with me throughout my
career at the Helpdesk, as the team leader for Desktop Products, as
the coordinator for Mac Partners and as the Macintosh Platform
Coordinator for SWRT.
I've learned a tremendous amount from so many of you in many areas--
thank you. It will certainly take some getting used to not being
involved in the repartee (technical and otherwise) that's part of the
MIT culture.
Finally, I want to thank my teammates, friends and colleagues who
rallied around and supported me when I became very sick ten years
ago. It illustrated IS&T at its best and is something I won't forget.
