Monday's topic: upgrade your Mac skills.

Most users, even those that have been using Mac OS X for a while now,  
aren't being as efficient as they could be. There are many built-in  
features that many users don't know about.

Since there are lots of newbie Mac users these days, I'll cover some  
of the basics like keyboard shortcuts, the services menu and the  
scripts menu and progressing from there. I may also cover some useful  
3rd party utilities.

Finally, there will be usual general technical questions and answers,  
plus IS&T and Apple updates.
