Good afternoon.
Information Services and Technology is pleased to announce the
release of TSM 5.3.2 for Mac OS X, the most current version of IS&T's
supported backup application for Macintosh users.
TSM 5.3.2 adds compatibility for Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger", allowing
users to backup and archive files created on Macs running Apple's
latest operating system. In addition, TSM 5.3.2 now supports Advanced
Encryption Standard (AES) 128-bit encryption. AES is the United
States government's encryption standard for non-classified but
sensitive data.
System Requirements
-------------------
TSM requires Mac OS X 10.3.9 or greater and 40 MB of available hard
drive space.
Who should upgrade
------------------
Users that are running Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger" should upgrade to TSM
5.3.2, since it's the first version of TSM to support Tiger. Users
that are running Mac OS X 10.3.9 should also upgrade to this version
of TSM.
