[Macpartners] Possible Problem with Mail and 10.3.9

Not here. All of the updaters I ever apply are combo updaters (except 10.4.1
:-), yet every one of my users that I updated to 10.3.9 and ran Mail had the
performance issues. 

In the meantime, all of those 10.3.9 users are now on Tiger, and I am just
beginning deployment of 10.3.9 to non-Mail users. I'm just a bit more paranoid
about adopting Apple's updates because of the 10.3.9 debacle.
