[Macpartners] iBook/Powerbook rentals

hi everybody,

does anybody know of local providers that offer rentals of iBooks or  
Powerbooks?  we have some users who will need to take a laptop to a  
convention to collect some data.  we'd need the machine for about a  
week and a half.

the catch is this: we need a machine that can still boot into os 9  
(classic will not work) and that allows us to install matlab and a  
bunch of toolboxes.

any suggestions?  or would it just make more sense to buy a cheap  
iBook from small dog for $500?
