[Macpartners] Tiger Security Update 2005-007 1.1 blew away my IMAP account

I've heard that when the mailboxes disappear in Mail you can often 'see' the
mail again by rebuilding them (under one of the menus).  This has worked for
some people when importing their old mail at least..
