[Macpartners] Wait on installing Mac OS X 10.3.9

Hmm...not to dispute this (Apple upgrades do often cause lots of issues), but
I'm not having that problem. 'java -version' on the Terminal gives
java_version "1.4.2_05"
Java(TM) 2 Runtime Environment, Standard Edition (build 1.4.2_05-141.4)
Java HotSpot(TM) Client VM (build 1.4.2-38, mixed mode)
This is on a PowerBook G3, freshly installed recently with updates to 10.3.8 and
updated tonight to 10.3.9. I should have a chance to upgrade more machines
Monday and see the results, including some test machines.
