1. Recent Releases

Last week IS&T made MIT's Virtual Private Network (VPN) clients broadly 
available with a limited set of installation instructions in preparation 
for the DNC.  We will be following up with a normal release effort for VPN 
clients on all three platforms, Windows, Mac OS X and Linux this fall.  For

3. Volume Site License Software Update

The X-Win32 license for MIT has been renewed by IS&T.  The new version of 
X-Win32 and an updated license key are available from the Software Download 
Site.

4. Operating systems retirement

We would like to take this opportunity to remind the Community that Windows 
2000 will be retired from full support on December 31st, 2004.  More 
information will be forthcoming in a separate communication.
