[Macpartners] Dock bouncing icons

For email, assuming you're using Eudora.

Special > Settings... > Getting Attention
deselect "bounce the icon in the dock"

For FTP, assuming you're using Fetch.
Fetch > Preferences > General > deselect "bounc icon in Dock
