[Macpartners] Virex 7.2.1 fails to eUpdate

Scenario for two Macs both running 10.2.6, one a G3, one a G4.
Start Virex 7.2 brand new program, just installed with a DAT file
dating back to April 16, 2003.
Click the eUpdate button.
There is a prompt for Administrator password. I type it in.
The barbershop tube begins to rotate as Virex reaches out to the NAI
site for its new DAT file.
Then a minute later an error message pops up: "Virex is unable to
install the eUpdate. A problem has prevented the eUpdate from
installing. Please try again later."
When I try again later the same thing happens: prompt for a password,
then a lengthy download, and unable to install.
By the way, I just tried to eUpdate on my own Mac, which had a DAT
file from Aug. 13, 2003. This time the eUpdate worked fine and
installed the latest file.
Can anyone help?
