[Macpartners] 10.3 may break some printers

FYI: (Caveat: I have not done any extensive testing and only one of 
my users has upgraded.)

HP has some new drivers as of Nov. 14; LJ 4000 PPD does not work, LJ 
4300 works.
(It is very annoying since the Installer contains a bunch of HP drivers).

Xerox has no new drivers; we don't know whether the old ones will work.
