[Macpartners] Fetch 4.03 and 10.3

[Dante Roulette]

The application "Fetch" could not be launched
because of a shared library error: "<FATCarbon
1.5><FATCarbon 1.5><><>"

I mean, I figured this is what happened.  I was
hoping someone w/ more of a clu than I could
confirm for me this was the case.
